Community Health Outreach | Nairobi, Kenya

In June 2025, Shining A Light Together (SALT) partnered with Nurse On The Move to support a free community health screening event in Nairobi, Kenya, expanding access to essential healthcare services for underserved populations across the African diaspora.

Through this initiative, SALT provided medical supplies and medications, helping serve over 160 community members. The outreach focused on basic health assessments, screenings, health education, and referrals for individuals who face ongoing barriers to care.

This partnership reflects SALT’s commitment to meeting communities where they are—supporting trusted, locally led organizations that are delivering care directly to those who need it most.
